How to Register

Credentialed news media can register and access the conference for free. Please contact Christine Rogala at crogala@electricdrive.org to request media registration.

NOTE: All Media Registrants will be reviewed by EDTA prior to confirming registration. EDTA reserves the right to refuse media registrations. Media representatives must be prepared to show organizational identification.  Please read the credentialing requirements & benefits below.

Credential Requirements & Benefits

In order to register as a media attendee, you must submit appropriate verification. Qualified participants are required to meet one of the following criteria:

  • Represent a commercial newspaper, magazine or website funded by subscription or paid advertising. Note: an internal organization publication or website does not qualify as a "commercial publication".
  • Represent a publication issued by a government agency. Note: this does not include contracted and/or support organizations.
  • Freelance writers must show documentation from a qualified news organization that they are “on assignment” to cover the 2014 EDTA Conference & Annual Meeting.
